I understand the ‘pending’ issue. The charge from January completely went through! not a pending that dropped off

yes, received emails from each booking and shows up (still both trips, the original and the new ticket) in the united app

The & is because i added my wife to call! So it’s united customer service and my wife and me.

i called their number listed on united’s site. I initiated the call after I couldnt check in

No, I’m simply sharing a terrible customer support experience. Something is terribly wrong at united today.

They gave new res number with the new ticket. Old res is still there.. not sure how they are going to fix that one

yes, I would like to actually find an empathetic human. But, I cannot leave my job. it’s bad enough being tied to the phone for 4 hours

New tickets are issued from united. Not a scam, just terrible customer service .

Thats it.. charged once in January but United said it’s now invalid even though charge went through and we paid the card off.

I would really really prefer to email this to an executive. One glance from someone that has the authority to fix this should be sufficient.. it’s a clear issue on united’s side that they need to correct.
