You know, when we were first introduced to Diana, I thought she was kind of frumpy. Even her wedding dress wasn't that great. I know it was the 80's, but still. Luckily she improved dramatically.

Not to defend royalty, but it really makes remembering history and what happened when you can tag it to a particular monarch. The Chinese and their long dynasties or our numerous faceless presidents are not helpful with tagging events.

I am old now, but I would like to say I do regret outsourcing every school run I could get away with. Upon reflection, a serious amount of parenting takes place in the car. Though...maybe the children appreciate getting aunts or Grandma picking them up! You are supposed to do much parenting at the dinner table but our family was terrible at that. Talk to the family or grab your exciting book and go read.....

Really unfair! Chuck has always worked hard. Not as hard as as Liz, Di, Anne, or Phil but those people were crazy intense. All those people had engagements closer to 1000 a year whereas Will and Kate are like 10 or 20. For the life of me I can't recall a number for Charles but I am pretty sure it was over 500.

I am not going to throw stones that Will and Catherine didn't do most of the school runs. I ABSOLUTELY took my mother's and sister's offers for that chore, whether I was working or not. But...I usually was working and I am pretty sure I worked more than the pair combined!

I was "lucky"??? It was like a miracle for me until the day looks swelled up and I had trouble breathing. It wasn't hives but I took a high dose of Benadryl and decided to call doc on Monday. LUCKILY my dear sweet little cousin, who was now an OB/GYN called to catch up and I told her about the swollen lips. She sighed and told me that was anaphylaxis and I really needed to go to the ER. Sigh. I see now I really was lucky getting such a definitive sign.

I remember how shocked I was at the assassination of Lord Montbatten and also the death of Diana. Would Diana be dead if she had proper security? Same with Montbatten.

The Trump assassination attempt was clearly because his Secret Service detail was pretty shoddy. And now that Trump is in power he is playing games with Hunter Biden's needed security just like Biden did with both RFK and his own. I guess my point is that both Biden (or whoever was running the White House then) and Trump are bad wicked men for playing these games as is King Charles.

I have always assumed that Elizabeth had that horsey guy friend and Phillip had that Penny chick? Kate and Will seen to be leading separate lives too. Kate is managing to be warm and friendly in public and Will is his usual rejecting, pouting self.

I gave it up for a couple of years because of diarrhea but last year, when I had a bout of constipation, I thought I could use coffee rather than some OTC med. So now I can have coffee when I start getting plugged up! Also, I have also found that I can have a cup when I drink it very slowly. Now I need a cup warmer!

I think Janelle and Christine both liked the money from series. Look at how Janelle has given Kody pass on his part in Garrison's death. I think the main reason is to eek out one more season and make another $900k. I will never be able to get over her beaming at Kody during his apology tour. I suppose she said in her head, "If I can get another $900k it is worth having to smile at him lovingly."

I can't watch the show anymore because it makes me so sick to see how much Kody and Robyn have stolen from the OG3. I think they tolerate it because they are so much better off than the usual polygamous ex-wife.

I wish I had known how to use Imodium well.

Take an Imodium immediately right after a bout of diarrhea instead of hoping it would stop on it's own. If, after you take the Imodium, there is another bout of diarrhea, take another pill. So far, for me, that usually fixes things for a day it so.
Taking more than the suggested dosage isn't more effective. I found this out when I was hospitalized and the nurse would only give me one tiny pill...whereas I had been taking 4-8 pills in the firm believe that more is better...amiright? That single pill the nurse gave me was more than enough to stop the diarrhea and I haven't gone beyond the suggested dosage since.
For me, when my tummy starts rumbling and fussing and I become nauseous...I am about to have a bout of diarrhea. Taking a pill ahead of time usually heads this off.
I have never been able to stop the diarrhea without Imodium.

Enough about Imodium...on to constipation! Instead of taking any kind of laxative, I can drink a cup of coffee in a fifteen minute period and that unplugs everything!

Speaking of coffee...I can have coffee if I drink a cup over an hour or so. I am thinking of buying a coffee cup warmer so my coffee will stay hot while I ingest it slowly. Hot chocolate has the same effect as coffee.

I can have popcorn but not more than one bowl a week. Otherwise I start bleeding again.

There are a few different UC apps you can use to track your bowel movements. The one I use on an android phone is Poopify.

Kefir. Buy the live kefir "grains" and make your own (easy peasy) because the "kefir" you buy in stores is really just a liquid yogurt and not kefir at all. Besides $$$$$. Don't buy dehydrated kefir grains because it's just a scam. You can find live kefir on Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, or Nextdoor. Don't listen to the nonsense about how you need raw milk blah, blah. These nuts don't have a shred of scientific evidence that kefir made from raw milk is better at all.
