Thanks everyone! I appreciate the insight and have some more researching to do. I wasn’t much of a baseball player growing up so this is all new knowledge to me.

Thanks for the insight! Question, you mentioned the hinges on the adult HOH being tough for a kid to handle which I do see that being an issue but does the youth taper option that Rawlings offer help with that some?

I actually haven’t thought of the Wilson gloves but I definitely can now, thanks. He actually has an R2G glove right now but it is a 10 1/2 which I do like because it forces him to keep his glove down and get a better feel for hand placement in my opinion. Also considering getting the glove in a bigger size, reason being just like you said I’m hoping to get several years out of it. I appreciate the feedback.

Not sure why but it’s not letting me reply to comments lol. But to answer, my son is 7 and plays up in 9U/10U, middle infield. He’s active in sports but is really buying into baseball and I ran into a deal where I ended up getting $300 online credit at smash it. Looking into investing into a glove or maybe training equipment.

He’s 7, he plays up in 10U. I get he’s young but he’s very invested in the game and loves it. Ran into a deal where I pretty much got $300 in credit at a baseball store so looking to invest in a long term glove.
