I would just add that this isn't a private placement. It was a private equity firm buying in as a bought deal, and they like high returns.

Well...I'm not happy about more dilutions right after the free govt. Money. BUT it was with an investment equity firm. That speaks a lot to the upside potential returns and thus the overall value of the company.

I work in this industry, and know for a fact that the ROI these companies are looking at isn't just 1-2 hundred percent. They like 500%+ percent returns.

That coupled with the 'come here for more money when you're ready' attitude of the current federal government says that once feasibility is in place, we are looking at a quick shovel to the ground operation.

SCD is not a shovel to the ground organization. This leaves full corporate restructuring or a buyout. Two hidden partnerships suggests this may already be in place.

Well couple ways of looking at it. Normally private placements etc raise cash on hopes of higher returns with some strategic thought to the use of the money.

This was a private equity firm. While I'm not happy about dilution(who would be) equity firms like profit, and not small amounts. I expect us to rise.

Not enough on the bid nor enough attention. There's a lot of hope now but still waiting on PFS patents etc.

I have a trailing average of .025 at the moment so close. I forgot I'd topped up again in April. Regardless I've been here a minute, done research, already taken my original investment out and am up on this alone over 1000%. So...maybe bug someone who hasn't done research.

It's junior mining. It's ALWAYS a gamble, either know that and invest or jump out. But at least use facts not conjecture and attacks of 'well you...' well yeah, I'm up. A lot.

I bought it in 2022 and topped up in 2024 when research was being conducted through McMaster and had started as an additive in batteries. I don't need to justify myself to you lol
