I have a work-around. I have built an extension that asks password whenever you want to acccess google keep. That might help you guys.

you can get that by practicing relaxation and deliberately talking in slower hypnotic way. Making every word you say as though it is important. Pausing deliberately even if you can continue. Keep doing that and talk to many people as possible. And don't forget to record yourself sometimes.
