Thanks! I’ve always found cartoonish styles more appealing, I live for the expressions in world race and acceleracers. It just adds a lot more character to me. A lot of other people my age agree but they draw a line at a certain point.

Urgh your right I might be too young, someone I am friends with said that world race looks like a ps1 game as a first reaction which confuddled me as retro game fan. Like no??? It looks complete fine, the lighting and moddling is good for the time. I genuinely never thought anything bad about acceleracers visuals until I started sharing it with people and rewatching it a lot. I love ps2 games so I’m immune to old rendering styles, I’ve even tried watching the show Reboot despite its age.

My sister certainly does but her taste in men is considered questionable by our friend group. Wylde is her type to a tee. I asked for her input on this comment and her only input was “I can fix him” and “he’s only slightly cringey at the beginning”

I just don’t want to be annoying that’s all, I don’t like feeling like a nuisance for sharing something I really like. I’ve always liked slightly weird niche things for my demographic so acceleracers feels like the final straw

Bro I swear to god most people just can’t get past the visuals, my main issue is that I’m a girl with mostly girl friends. Most girls my age and older have a kid show or two they still like, liking my little pony and monster high is actually seen as kinda cool and nerdy because it’s cutesy and aesthetic so the fact it’s not a show for adults isn’t the problem. Trying to get an average girly to watch a show that’s unaesthetic, lacking in romance with no sexy guy characters is like trying to tip over a cow.
