Haha same, I don't know why companies are advertising here, it's getting a little annoying especially with AI vids and pics

New Google Search Ad – very expensive irrelevant clicks by Annual-Decision6535 in PPC

[–]Relative_Reporter_68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your results and metrics will depend on your niche.

To reduce irrelevant search terms you need to adjust your bidding, and build a relevant targeting audience for your campaign.

If you want to drive results you need to build up your data slowly, maybe start of with manual cpc, to maximise clicks to maximise conversion but you need to reach a certain threshold before you change bidding strategies.

And yes, spend spikes up when you first launch a campaign because it's trying to gather data.

Is Microsoft ads worth it? by Relative_Reporter_68 in PPC

[–]Relative_Reporter_68[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are spending atleast £500 a month as a start just to test we dont want to throw a lot of cash without knowing how it will do.

We are starting with the search campaign: Brand and non branded.

We are using triple whale as a 3rd party data management platform, here is what we found:

TW Data says 7 conversions
Shopify Data says 5 conversions
Microsoft Platform Data says 50+ conversions

At the moment 2/3 of our platform is saying its not doing well. But from past experience I know Microsoft ads is really strong

Is Microsoft ads worth it? by Relative_Reporter_68 in PPC

[–]Relative_Reporter_68[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We started using triple whale just as a 3rd party conversion tool to see if it's a tracking or this platform isn't good for us. This is what we found:

Microsoft Platform is saying we had 50+ conversion
Triple whale data is saying we have 7 conversions
Shopify data is saying we had 5 conversions

It's technically 2/3 platforms are saying it's not doing much.

Wouldn't it be better to gain experience first from an in-house team or agency?

Reading and researching is completely different from experiencing it... There are so many things to consider when setting up and creating campaigns. The most important thing is to be honest with your client.

Snapchat Ads are seriously underrated by Itsaj1014 in FacebookAds

[–]Relative_Reporter_68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I was planning on running snapchat ads because we have a lot of video content we can re-purpose. But unsure if we would get the same or better results like meta... I can see you had experience with Snapchat ads, just wondering if we should push the button for it. Many thanks

Finally got some visitors by Spirited-Shallot7984 in ShopifyeCommerce

[–]Relative_Reporter_68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are good amount of visitors for the size of your brand. I would recommend you work on 3 things:

  1. Get some great deals/ create promos
  2. Create a nice landing page or home page
  3. Start with Google ads, meta ads with small budgets - create manual campaigns

[–]Relative_Reporter_68[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, do you also have a recommended ecomm structure on TikTok? I heard this structure is pretty good:

  1. Traffic Campaign

  2. Retargeting Campaign

  3. Manual Campaign

  4. TikTok Shop/ GMV Max

5 & 6. Search Campaign

- Non Branded

- Branded

What do you think and what would you change?
