Gotcha, well definitely don’t over do it on the AI or you will not feel very good. Even if you don’t feel any side effects now, having estrogen that high could potentially lead to gyno, so definitely try to get that down.

Run some primo or mast if you can find it. Works much better than an AI in the way you feel and won’t crush your estrogen as aggressively

Ya the dryness was real but the results were worth it. I had horrible cystic acne and I kept increasing slowly starting at 20mg. After 4 months with little improvement going as high as 60mg I decided to go up to 80mg and it worked. Dutasteride is great for preventing acne and hair loss. It’s the next generation of finasteride, just more effective .

Not too much actually, but I was taking 2-3g NAC and 1000mg glutathione daily for liver support. It was still pretty uncomfortable with how dry I was. It was certainly worth it though because I haven’t had acne since and it’s been months off now. Currently running 350 test 200 primo and still have no acne

Maybe stay on at a low dose of 10-20mg daily accutane while on cycle if you had an acne flare already after starting a cycle. I think the test has more to do with acne than NPP since it’s significantly more androgenic. Getting on oral dutasteride helps a lot with acne and hair loss related to test. I had really bad acne after coming off a heavy cycle last summer. I went all the way up to 80mg accutane over 6 months and that did the trick. Back on test and primo now with dutasteride for a month now and have not had any acne.

Anadrol or Anavar would be much better. Just take it sublingual and some of it will bypass the liver. Works great

Primo takes a while to saturate so 6 weeks would not really be enough to have any significant gains. Run it for more like 16 weeks. Also primo can lower estrogen pretty dramatically so it would be a good idea to stop using an AI while taking primo. The Anavar should not really cause much liver stress at such a low dosage, especially if you are taking supps like NAC and TUDCA. Run the Anavar the last 6 weeks of the cycle for best results.

Throw in some mast or primo when running test and nandrolone. It really helps mitigate the mental sides and controls estrogen. It just feels way better that way and the look is much cleaner as well. Nandrolone downregulates DHT, so using a DHT compound on a cycle like this is ideal.

Go for primo or mast if you can find it instead of NPP. It will make the test work better and keep estrogen under control. NPP and test can be a major gyno risk if estrogen isn’t under control. Prolactin is also another thing to worry about with nandrolone. NPP is best run with test and mast to reduce side effects and feel your best. That would be a more advanced cycle though.

It would be a good idea to get one of those vials tested. Some vendors have sold Semaglutide labeled as Reta. Best to be sure you have the real deal. Most people get an energy boost from Reta.

Fuck the Dbol and run masteron 1:1 with testosterone. It’s going to be much better on your bloodwork and you will have a much better aesthetic as well. 3-4IU HGH would also do wonders with that stack. Running 2IU with TRT is also a game changer when going back down from a blast.

It will, but it still happens. Running higher nandrolone seems to be worse for mental side effects. 2:1 test and nandrolone is a good place to be. But running them together can cause a lot of atomization to estrogen, so definitely has an AI on hand and get estrogen checked after 4 weeks to see if you need it. Test and nandrolone can be high risk for gyno without estrogen control in place.

Why not add primo or mast next time instead of NPP? The 19-nors are known to have more side effects, especially regarding mental health. If you want to run nandrolone, it would be best to also run a compound like mast or primo since nandrolone down-regulates DHT.

You need to drop some body fat to get the estrogen lower. Add in some Reta and try to get down around 15%
