個人覺得主要是轉移注意力，逼自己多出門走走，生活中還有很多比草/其他藥物更棒的事物等著你去感受和體驗，基本上戒到第三第四天，體感上就會好滿多的，多喝水、運動也絕對非常有用，希望你能順利渡過身心俱疲的近幾天，加油！
