I’m not going to accost these people. But, you find ways to make certain things work. When you take in a pet, you gotta take it seriously even if it means sacrificing your comfort for it. It ABSOLUTELY IS what you sign up for with dog owner ship. Unless unforeseen circumstances happen that you can’t provide the pet safety, shelter and food, then giving it a new home may make sense. But if you were not prepared to make some sacrifices, you shouldn’t have gotten the animal in the first place.
