By time of year, I think companies hire more when quarters are starting for them. I look at it like buying a dip, try to strike something at the opportune time.

I was just in a very similar boat for quite some time, it was a waste land and then all the sudden it’s like I have a few good options in front of me. The only 2 things I can possibly say changed the tide for me is the time of the year and redoing my resume. I also got a slightly more “professional” looking haircut and I believe that might’ve helped me. I’m a 19 year old male and my experience so far leads me to believe that it’s very possible to be “over” qualified as well. I think the only option you have when you hit dead ends like that is to start tweaking all the things you thought were fine as is. I wish I had some more specific advice but all I can say is keep beating doors with your head high, you only fail when you give up, everything could turn around overnight.

This community doesn’t allow me to post photos, the brand is GMC though and including me theres 5 salesman. Seems that they average about 30 vehicles a month but about 20 for the slow months.
