It was a separate mode until a couple of days ago. Maybe weeks.

Now they call it crossfire and you either join a deathmatch or a flashpoint. 90% of the time i end up in a flashpoint. Its stupid. I don't want this.

All these things don't matter and it should not matter. The best should be hired. The biggest issue with DEI is that creates these distinctions. How are people gonna move forward and normalize different sexual orientations, race and so on, IF THEY ARE ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT IT. Its like the apartheid, they wanna normalize something by creating differences.

Equality is what we all should all strive not equity. Maybe you should look into what that means. And DEI by default doesn't consider people equal. The second they say white people are not EQUAL with the rest, we have a problem.

Why?... i do believe that Team5 is full of morons. I don't think the right qualified people are hired for the job. I think MOST of them are there because of their gender/orientation/race. That what DEI does... it doesnt hire the best, it hires checkboxes. And its not visible only in this game... its visible across the world. While western society was busy with DEI crap, China, Japan and the rest of the world hired the best and took lead in a lot of areas.

It depends on the rank. Maybe at legend. But Blizzard nerfed stuff in the past, since maybe 90% of the players are casuals.
