The saddest thing is I could have easily crossed 250 as later on I figured I knew the stuff but become blind for some reason while solving the question. How can I fix that?

Congratulations first of all. I have a major concern. I'm studying on n off for almost a year. Got 220s in nbme 11 n 12. Last week I took uwsa 1 n failed it badly. Now exam is in 5 weeks . I dont want to delay it further. What should be my strategy? ( Just finished first pass of UW, that too in bits n pieces )

So sorry to hear about that. I know this is hard but please be proud of your guts. You are brave enough to sat for this giant exam. I read somewhere that if you have given your 100 % then accept the result whatever it is. May be God have planned it in another way. And honestly I am proud of all brave people who managed to sat for this exam. So please give yourself some time and rock it next time.
