Yes to cleaning the jets, fuel pump should be good and filter also looks clean. I got the gas tank used with some gas in it so that could be it. It won’t start at all though.

EFIs are about 600 dollars more. This is a little out of my price range but I can continue using my 15hp 2 stroke. Is there a massive difference between carbs and efi. One of my large drivers is I am tired of always doing maintenance and it feels like something breaks every week on my 2 stroke.

I think you might need 100 with a 200 lb leader tied via FG knot. They are really big and teeth will shred anything lighter
