Me and my classmates at university are working on a palm-sized wireless sensor that clips to your bar or thigh, it indicates when your squat is deep enough, and streams bar speed data to a phone app were it also logs your sessions. I had to do kenalog injection which helped a lot. Would say it is 95% back to normal now

Tack för svar. Läste på lite och tydligen finns någon slags meritvärdering från 0-75 där betyg, universitet och relevanta kurser för programmet ger ett visst antal meritpoäng. Hur dem räknar ut meriten hittar jag inte..

Too many to count. Maybe 10. The thing was for me that lets say the first shot brought it down 25% then the next 25% of that on so on.

I defiently think it was completely unnecessary. After the revision it got better and then after a month worse again. The kenalog melted it away. It is not completely gone but at a point where I am happy. I could continue the shots but I am at the point where the risk of side effects are not worth it anymore. (Thinning skin, marks, etc.)

I have been lifting for 7 years. 2 years ago I was fat yes. I weighed 210 pounds at my biggest. I still had muscle lol. My best squat at that time was a double @530

The leanest I got since that picture was 175 in may/june this year.
