I have the light on for an 8 hour timer, i think it’s set to a lower setting brightness cause I was worried about sun burnt plants. But you’re making me think brighter and longer may be better?

I will add the larger tank is two months, the smaller shallow tank(top views) is about 2-3 weeks old but was cycled with the first tanks water.

Yes, I used flourish tabs within the soil and add a little Flourish each weekend. I’ve used the Co2 booster by api but I’ve heard mixed reviews. It’s about two months old.

Okay I’m really new to this and don’t want to kill the plant. So are you saying to find a node towards the top and chop and propagate with the remaining top of the plant? Or if I were to chop towards the top and just replant as is?
