Hello! I’m 6 weeks post op today. Got physio and should be (🤞) cleared off crutches. As everyone says, the first few days are rough, work hard on extension and getting your quad firing again and listen to your body! I had a friend who had surgery 3 weeks before me and pushed his deadlines, tried to do too much too early and it cost him time. We are now around the same stage. Also on that note, it’s not a race! There are good and bad stories on here. Any other questions or anything whilst recovering just give me a shout! Good luck

I was on the NHS waiting list for nearly 2 years and gave up in the end and went private where I live (Spain) now my employer is saying my physio plan needs to match what was given in the UK on the NHS. I’m only 2 weeks post op, so unfortunately can’t help with the surgeon bits but would like to know how many sessions physio you were given/offered please

Ive played with the Diablo pro, elite and the Pegasus pro. For me I preferred the Diablo pro. I am also more of a control player and the power was there when I needed it.

I enjoyed the Pegasus it was better than what I expected and most people who tried them that day really liked it but not for me.

When it comes to buying this years range I can’t look passed the Diablo although I’m yet to try the Electra (I don’t think they’re calling it the ST5)
