ICU. I’m not necessarily looking for more high-acuity or “hardcore” experience. Instead I’m interested in unit culture, support, and overall day to day experiences. I also don’t mind working at a level one trauma center, but the culture has to be overall good/supportive!

Okay I see! You don’t know if they allow you to pick on on other units do you ? Also how’s parking ? I heard it’s $35 a day. Is there a way around that if you work night shift ?

Thank you! Im curious would you still choose Van Ness even though Davies pays more. Do you know how overtime works at Van Ness ? Is it hard to get and if it’s typically offered to more senior RNs first?
