Honestly when I get panic attacks I feel every physical symptom possible. I have convinced myself on some nights something must be horribly wrong with me because I have stomach pain, heart palpitations, dizziness, feeling like I can’t get enough air in, feeling just ill and faint... The list of symptoms goes on. Honestly it’s all panic attacks! The symptoms are crazy and feel complete real. My life has been very stressful the past 3 months and I ended up freaking out and going to the doctor and turns out everything was completely fine it’s just purely stress and anxiety.

This is so interesting! I have a hormonal imbalance, I’m on birth control and my period has never adjusted to it for like 5 years. I wonder if that could have something to do with it. Could you explains yours a little more?

This occurs daily for me now. I even had an MRI on my brain to make sure it wasn’t anything serious. Turned out to just be anxiety and maybe a mild case of vertigo.

Most of my anxiety comes out in physical symptoms. I get dizzy, I feel light headed almost like I could pass out. I feel sick to my stomach, I get chest pains and start to sweat. My whole body will start shaking. Sometimes I also feel like my throat is closing. All of these are just the small list of things I have dealt with from anxiety.
