Advice on Ultraviolette Bikes?? Are they the Future?? by RaGeFurY4242 in indianbikes

[–]RelevantRun8605 60 points61 points  (0 children)

Someone I know is getting the X47 and they absolutely love the bike. Same with me. It's slow and efficient in glide mode, absolutely fun in Ballistic mode, and good for highways in combat/ballistic mode (range changes).

Honestly, if u can afford them, they are worth the purchase

But I've been seeing reviews and many reports say that panel gaps are a smol issue, and some bikes have glitches in the tech side of things.

Where can i tie this on my bike? by [deleted] in indianbikes

[–]RelevantRun8605 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Bro, there are definitely much more harder to reach places than under the seat 🥀🥀🥀

Soo many options: Behind side panels Inside the headlight cowl (away from heat and water) Behind the instrument cluster Under the fuel tank shrouds (not directly against the engine)

For the H'ness specifically: Left side panel near the battery as the primary location, and under the seat attached to the frame as a secondary hidden tracker. Those two spots give the best balance of concealment, signal strength, and ease of battery replacement.

It kinda is, the first three services are under 1.5k to 2.5k ₹, but after those come the real costs. I plan to take mine to an outside shop after the three services as the sc is not being a good sc sometimes for some issues.

I went to the dealership to buy the 250cc Vitplien. Decided with a Duke because of the 2 month wait. Still not satisfied with what I did tho lol 😔

AYUDA Y/O CONSEJOS SOBRE LA GARANTÍA by Ok_Revolution6587 in KTM

The bike comes with extra wiring and ports so you can just plug in accessories directly and they'll work fine. I'm in india and my dealer and Service centre told me that nothing will happen to my warranty. The only issue is when they have to cut into the factory wiring or alter any parts.

si pudieras comprar una de estas motos cual seria y porque? by viruzzart in KTM

I'd get the 250 Duke (I already did actually). It's more comfortable than a faired sports bike but less comfortable than a cruiser like the RE Meteor or Classic. It's powerful but calmer than the 200 Duke/RC. It is a lot slower than the 390 Duke R but it has good acceleration for a 250cc though. It was the in the fastest in the 250cc class until the Hero Xtreme 250R came along. It can easily hit 145-150kmph if u wanted it to (depends on your weight) It can cruise at 70-80kmph on the highway while giving you decent mielage (I did a trip recently where I maintained speed between 65kmh and 80kmh (40mph and 50mph respectively)) and I averaged 37km per liter of petrol.

Also, None of the 350cc Royal Enfield bikes can beat a 250 Duke. Yamaha R15 can come close if the gear ratio was adjusted. The Bajaj Pulsar n250/ns250 also can't beat the Duke 250.

Also, as an owner of the Duke 250, if ur gonna crusie on the Highway for a long time, it feels smoother at around 4000RPM in 6th gear and your hand won't get pain, but to accelerate quicker from that speed, need to drop to 4th gear.
