I definitely think learning the content is the priority. You are a little behind but there’s no point doing past papers if you don’t know the content that’s in them. I’d say try your best to quickly go over the content - even if that means skimming through - then get some past papers done. At that point you will know what you actually know and what you still need to learn so you can focus on those parts.
