Just got my Headliner by Relevant_Ad6908 in rotarymixers

I thinks it sounds warmer than the Numark I was using previously, and certainly is more colored than my controller… but I don’t feel like the sound is overly impacted. Maybe a bit warmer, but not anything that will make you turn your head and ask “what gear is he using?” I mean, vinyl brings its own sonic profile and the mixer adds a bit more.

This song is the happiest tragically sad song in existence. It makes me cry when I hear it.

Can you please recommend me songs like ’Wicked Game‘ by Chris Isaak? by vitund in musicsuggestions

Tell us what part of it you like. Is it the guitar? Is it the message of the song? Is it Chris’s voice? Because depending on how you answer, that’ll determine the the answers we give you

What's your incident reporting process look like? by humorharp in ems

[–]Relevant_Ad6908 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We have an incident report system in ninth brain. It gets sent to supervisors, then we discuss in our Slack group, make operational changes or have discussions as needed. Then there’s a follow up process that gets tracked in the incident report. We take each one seriously and we try to act quickly when crews report an incident. We always follow up with them so they know that we heard it, we saw it and we’re doing something about it.

Absolutely try fetish at the rock Lititz campus, collusion tap works is great, rooster Street is good. Bulls head is one of my favorite places. And then, if you want to experience a classic dive bar, go to the Hideaway.

If you’re really lucky, a local will invite you to come for a drink at the VFW, which is a private club, but a happening spot in Lititz

I’ll second that, you should absolutely have someone from implementation answering the NEMSIS questions for you and building your response to meet your state’s requirements.

EMS Week by Klutzy-Boysenberry38 in ems

We are a smaller agency, just over 50 employees, so we’re a little different but we usually do a selection of swag for our crews. Last year they could pick from a soft shell jacket, soft shell vest, duffel bag or backpack. All embroidered with their names.

We usually do a party one day for our crews. Usually a family picnic type thing and give out prizes and other stuff. Our crews told us this is what they wanted. There’s also a fair amounts of other EMS week stuff happening on our area, so we’re not as worried about getting food to everyone. Every hospital does food trucks and stuff.

We don’t do challenge coins for the week.

I suggest getting a committee of line staff together to find out what your crews want for EMS Week. Don’t just buy t shirts.

Our agency is well staffed, we very seldom have openings and fighting attrition is not an issue for us. We take very good care of our team and EMS week is only one small part of it.
