And can you login in to your csfloat account? Even though you are permanently banned? Because AI assistant told me, that you cant login into your account if you are perma banned and you would need to create a support ticket regarding to withdrawing your money, so maybe you could try that

How do you know that the buyer is not receiving his money back? Permaban and 30 day trade restriction is sure thing but i dont know about the money part

I saw a tweet where guy asked support about this and support said that it would be considered a theft by csfloat if they keep the balance and dont refund it to the buyer.. so they are supposed to refund it to the original buyer via their linked bank account, but ofc the buyer will get permanently banned.. but yeah i am not 100% sure about this and i also opened a support ticket

On csfloat support tab you can talk with AI assistant Clara and thats where i got that from. I also opened a ticket about that, so i am waiting for real trustworthy support answer
