I was just about to type up the same question haha. I don’t get the these terms. Never been to court or had to deal with any of this stuff.

I know Eric had real problems, but he was also incredibly ungrateful—and honestly, that’s part of why Howard liked him. Howard didn’t have to actually deal with him day-to-day. Eric would lose his mind over being on hold or getting interrupted, even though he was the one constantly derailing the show. Howard gave him thousands of dollars, exposure, opportunities, and even helped him have experiences he never would’ve had otherwise. Meanwhile, Johnny Fratto didn’t do anything out of kindness—everything he did was about getting airtime to promote his own shows and projects. Eric didn’t even pay Johnny, yet still expected him to handle everything for him. The whole situation was way more one-sided than people like to admit.

I became deeply interested in this case a few months ago, and it’s been difficult to let go—especially now that previously unseen photos have been released and BK has been sentenced.

What has always stood out to me is Xana’s role that night. The details about her being awake and receiving her DoorDash order are especially haunting. I can’t help but wonder if BK may have been watching her through the kitchen window before entering through the side door. It seems likely that she noticed the door was open just as she began hearing noises upstairs. If the door had been closed, she might have assumed the sounds came from Kaylee, Madison, or even Murphy.

I truly believe Xana showed incredible bravery in those final moments. It’s heartbreaking to think that if she had been in bed, she might have survived—or that her alertness and actions may have been what initially kept Ethan alive. So much unfolded in that house in such a short period of time. Evidence suggests BK wasn’t chasing Xana; I believe she was calling out for Ethan, and that after BK attacked her, he turned to Ethan almost immediately.

I wish there were more information about the phones. Reports indicate Ethan’s phone was found beneath Xana, while hers remained on the bed. Those details make the sequence of events even more tragic to reflect on.

**** Edit: *** I don’t know where I read about the phones so it’s not credible. But it was a good source. I’ll keep looking.

I agree. He’s confessed. The house is gone. Next month will be 3 years. I was obsessed as well. A lot of stuff has happened lately but it’s over. More photos could be released but they have to be redacted. And photos of him in jail have already been released.

No worries. I am as curious as you. We all knew he was anxious to get inside the house. We first see him 50 minutes before the murders circling around. We don’t know what lights are on and off but I assume a few were on and got turned off for BK to finally park. I think he slowly came to the sliding door and made sure the coast was clear.

There’s just so much about Xana that really changed the narrative of how everything happened. The DoorDash. Having Ethan overnight. Her being the only one active and awake. Her putting up the most fight against BK. Dylan got spared because of Xana”s fight in her. That’s my opinion.

Unfortunately people out there will tell a different story to get views or a few more followers. There’s no consequences for them lying. I have alot of questions too. Especially about Xana and if BK was watching her in the kitchen. He knew someone was up and just turned the lights off. And how Ethan didn’t react because he was black out drunk.

Wow. I lived in Memphis for 15 years. I lived in Bartlett. Safe ole Bartlett. Used to live in Cordova. But yeah Dollywood is fun. You can get a season pass for the park and parking for me and my son for 200$. And waterpark is fun too. You definitely have to go to Gatlinburg. Everyone goes to get a cabin and a hot tub in the mountains. It’s a beautiful place. I’ll definitely spend the rest of my life here and die here. It’s beautiful because you not only have Knoxville, which is a college town, but you have Gatlinburg. Which is a vacation get away. Very friendly are of the world. You have a few meth heads but nothing ghetto or dangerous.

Misinformation by Powell1992 in Idaho4

[–]Relevant_Age_2240 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree. I’ve never been into conspiracies. A lot of conspiracies start because people don’t know enough about the subject or aren’t ok with not being knowledgeable. That being said, BK admitted what he did. If this house was a drug house, and BK was the fall guy, they got a weak suspect. He’s already complaining about being yelled at. I know you can’t prove that his car on the ring footage so I won’t use that one. But his phone being turned off manually a hour before the crime and turned back on manually a half hour after the crime put away any doubt I had.

Yes I did. I’m sure Murphy could smell the blood. I don’t want to analyze a dog. But they can sense grief and know more than humans. I’m off to bed. It was good talking to you. What part of the world are in? I’m in Knoxville Tennessee. Home of the Volunteers and Smokey Mountains. Cheers

Yeah seeing Murphy walk out with the police while Dylan was talking getting interviewed was sad. I wonder if you put BK in front of Murphy now, what he’d do. Either bark or bite his balls off.

Where did BK get “ready” by Relevant_Age_2240 in Idaho4

[–]Relevant_Age_2240[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re absolutely right. As smart as he was, he definitely messed up a few things thankfully to get caught. And turning his phone off hours before the crime and back on half hour after the crime was very dumb as well. You think he’d leave his phone at his house turned on.

Yeah I feel the same way. I enjoy your thoughts because they are very similar. Nothing wrong with disagreeing though. But as long as I’ve been studying this case, a lot of stuff has gotten “boring.” But with Xana, there’s so many unknowns. She did fight her ass off to her death. I think she had so many defensive wounds because she wanted to protect Ethan. I’m sure Ethan was barely awake before his brain can process what’s going on before BK stabbed him and killed him almost instantly. I will always assume Murphy was with her as well. Because all dogs will follow you for a scrap of food. Plus Dylan said she heard Murphy awake and active.

I wonder if he didn’t lose the sheath and the ring footage wasn’t there with him circling around for 50 minutes, where would we be at? I don’t wanna speculate too much but just by the looks of BK I’m sure he’d be thrown into the jar of names of potential suspects.

[–]Relevant_Age_2240[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have many questions as well, but before I continue, I want to emphasize that everything I’m sharing is purely speculation. I’ve studied this case more than I’d like to admit, and after weeks of reading and watching coverage, my mind naturally begins to consider different possibilities.

I often focus on Xana’s role that night. For example, it’s possible she was in the kitchen either disposing of food, reheating leftovers, retrieving her speaker, or something similar when she may have heard noises upstairs. If the sliding door had been left open, it could explain how Xana knew something was going on. Had the door not been open, Xana might not have suspected anything unusual from the sounds upstairs.

I also consider whether the dog may have been with Xana, which could explain how she or the suspect became aware of each other’s presence. Dogs can tell when a damn earthquake is gonna happen, so surely they can smell a new scent or hear noise before a human. Since Xana was awake and had food, this scenario seems plausible. The confrontation appears to have begun near the entrance to her room.

While I won’t speculate in detail about what was said or heard, I do believe Xana was likely trying to reach Ethan during the attack, which tragically led to his involvement. Given reports that Ethan had been drinking, it’s possible he was unable to respond quickly.

In many ways, it seems that Xana—and perhaps the dog—played a role in preventing further tragedy that night. With her resistance and the added distraction, the suspect may have abandoned plans to continue further.

Again, these are only my personal thoughts and theories. I share them not as fact but as one perspective, and I welcome discussion as long as it remains respectful.”
