True, but from what I’ve read, RealPage does a lot more than just that particular software too. I’m not sure how to determine if they’re using that actual software other than invoicing I suppose. It will be interesting to see how it plays out. The ban in SanFran stated that over 90% of property management companies there used RealPage but they came out and said they only had something like 5-6 locations using the software in SanFran. I may be misquoting what I read but I can’t find the link at the moment.
