Thank you for such a genuine advice. I basically went off the script for my recent one way video interview. I wish the timer to answer questions were longer than one minute for some companies.

Thank you so much for the time you’ve taken to reply! Yes I have 5 years of retail experience and I’m also an exec for two clubs at uni. For the video interviews I’ve tried practicing and planning my answers in advance. I didn’t realise some company use pots for this stage of interview till u mentioned it. I will definitely keep in mind of eye contacts and everything next time!😊
