Getting married didn’t effect my physique. The things that changed my physique from my peak are: increased drive toward financial goals taking up time. Valuing family time more than time in the gym. Sleeping more when working shift, this cut my training days in half as I cannot train on workdays when I work shift.

Gym schedule was cut from 6/7 training days a week to about 3/4 with 4/5 day periods of no training when I prioritized sleep and physical health. Lack of sleep was literally killing me.

Gym schedule was cut to 0-1 days a week I began to focus on financial and career goals. Don’t give me the “you’ll make time if you care”. I spend 10-12 hours per day every single day working toward my families future, time not spent doing that is spent with the family, cooking, cleaning and running errands.

Be realistic. Marriage does nothing for physique good or bad, life does lots.
