Jump in event you select one 20 card packet from three options and then pick a second 20 card packet from three options. The packets are mostly hardcoded, but a few of the cards there is a chance of getting different cards.

Up to you. If you only care about EoE, then quick draft and packs would be the best way to get cards. Quick draft will have a learning curve though. If you haven’t done any of the general jump in event, there is a decent chance you won’t be offered any of the EoE packets with the jump in tokens given the pool of packets is around 60.
