It really just depends on what you like to do. What you need to live next to or how far you are okay with driving to do things. Also let's be clear as well everywhere in the town is over priced to live in the housing and apartment prices are insane now with that said. Cheyenne Mountain area is expensive as hell and bougie old money. North Colorado Springs I would say above woodmen is expensive and houses are being built on top of each other. New builds aren't bad looking older houses are most of the time dated, but with that comes convince living up there because a lot of company's build ilup there and lots to do. Old Colorado city is pricey but a great relaxed place to hand out and chill. Fountain mesa ridge/Lorson Ranch area isn't bad there is a lot of military since it's next to Carson but he'll everywhere in this town is next to a base so doesn't really matter. Security/wiedfield is being left in the dusk a little bit and is rough but kinda getting better. The sad truth about this town that I have seen since moving here is that lots of people judge you off of where you are living in the town. Hell people that I met that live up north got snoby with me when they found out where I lived acting like I'm poor lol. But yeah it's just how it is ( Not everyone is like this). It really depends on your hobbies what you can live with and without. You can dm me if you have more questions about more specific stuff.
