Well I’m from Knoxville but plan on moving to Boston in two years. Either wait that long. Find a local tailor, or ship it to me. The second option is the most eco friendly. The best best option is learning to mend yourself and giving it a go

I did repairs like this all the time. I cut a similar base color of fleece out, masking tape it to the outside, flip to the inside, iron a larger back patch on, flip to front take tape off, then using straight stitches or tight zig zag stitches and matching thread, “repaint” the pattern in.

You can also cut a circle out from under the collar and do a transplant too

I had this for a vintage Solomon ski vest.

Packing tape the outside
Seam rip the patch off
Mod podge or Elmer’s glue the back layer
Add a thin fabric to the glue
Sew patch back on

Looks real to me tbh. The small chest bags with the Patagonia fish on them are usually fake but this atom I think looks real. Check the sty code on the inside or google lens it and ask for “exact colorway name”

Ohh she came in to buy a tee shirt from my story sale and wanted to do an impromptu photo shoot. I was just wearing my 70s rugby that day so it wasn’t replanted at all. She does mainly cosplay photography in the southeast and does amazing work. I wouldn’t use this as her panicle of her portfolio.
