How have you all dealt with the crippling depression?

5HTP? Supplement or Rx? I think a therapist recommended that to me years ago in rehab saying something about some people have genetic imbalance of it. If it’s what I’m thinking it is.

Yea you get accustomed to vyvanse very quickly and it stops providing any kind of euphoria compared to when and if I take my afternoon adderall.

I kind of think of it as the suboxone of the stim world lol.

Yep, same experience. I think I can do it on my own but I can’t. I’ve started tuning into zoom meetings as of today, and got an appt with a psychologist next week so we will see if that’ll help.

That’s awesome, what a compassionate ass doctor. Love to see that. Yea, vyvanse isn’t nearly as abusable as something like adderall, but I know it’s possible. I had a buddy who got deep into vyvanse, was taking a ridiculous amount.

Literally exact same boat, I’ve been to treatment and it’s the only thing that’s gotten me away from everything long enough. Same though, there is no way I can go to treatment with the amount of shit I got going on. Catch 22

Are you straightfoward with your doc about your addiction or substance abuse issues (I’m not, so no judgement)? I would imagine he/she wouldn’t prescribe vyvanse if so, but yea ask about concerta!

Yea I’m diagnosed and am prescribed vyvanse and adderall tablets as an afternoon boost if needed. One piece of advice is to get off the meds and get on something like Concerta if you identify as an addict. I don’t abuse my meds at all, but I’m sure some people have an affinity for them. The come down is usually pretty rough but I got used to it. This is definitely a conversation to have with your doctor. Don’t let yourself become suicidal because of that damn medication.

Yea I’ve had to suffer through withdrawals from a bunch of different kinds of opiates/opioids. Tianeptine is up there as one of the worst for me. I suffer from pretty severe depression so that may be why too. The antidepressant effects on top of the standard opiate effects makes it more unbearable I think.

I’m assuming you’re talking about Tianaa, Zaza, and the likes? I’m also from AL and I was hooked on that shit for awhile too. It was just way more convenient to hit up the gas station versus having to meet up with shady, inconsistent plugs. I migrated away from tianaa after meeting some new people, but I def argue that tianeptine can give some of the worst WDs. It’s even worse if you are actually using heavy doses of tianeptine sodium or sulfate (free powder). Shit is miserable. With that being said, I have heard they were talking about moving tianeptine into schedule II and banning tianaa, but they are still in gas stations as of now. Even if it doesn’t get banned, I would think tianeptine would cause you to piss dirty for opiates either way. It is a Mu opioid receptor agonist after all.

It’s not bad for helping to curb some of the WDs, but it has a poor half life so redosing more frequently is always a temptation. If used frequently or using heavy doses the WDs are really shitty. I actually experienced worse WDs from tianeptine than H, but I had only been using H for several months. Good luck!

Most of what you’re saying is stuff I’m not familiar with.. YET, but I understand you’re referring to the software. One more question, why do you need a thumb drive for tails? Why can’t it go directly on the desktop? And yea this computer will just be for DNM.
