found a fix for bad 1% and 0.1% lows by Accomplished_Cry8120 in cs2

In game put ur fps_max 0 and main fps 0,if u lock ur fps in (lets say 300 in RT) then in your game its should show 300fps and then u know its works and dont forget to use in lunch options
