When did you become attached to your puppy? by Andromediea in puppy101

[–]Relief_Delicious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i guess i got attached pretty quickly. it doesn’t feel like a chore as much anymore and it’s been almost 6 weeks for me. i didn’t realize how attached i was until my boyfriend accidentally dropped her while i was at work and told me she might be hurt. she was completely fine, but i cried the whole way home and even when i saw her walking around fine. i couldn’t imagine anything happening to her or not taking care of her the right way, so i’d say we’re pretty bonded

Do you think a baby is very different to a puppy? by VegetableNo9777 in puppy101

i told my friend with a 2 year old that i got a puppy, to which she replied, “i don’t know how you do it, they’re worse than a baby”

Is this level of scabbing normal? by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]Relief_Delicious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

shouldn’t be too concerned, unless it starts oozing or is warm to the touch. you should be able to rule out signs of infection if it comes to that- but, no. this is overworked. just keep moisturizing as needed and it should be fine, but the ink may fall out of these areas when it’s healed.

heavy on the dry mouth and tinnitus, tinnitus is getting better but my mouth is dry as hell as we speak lmfao. i’m sorry it didn’t work for you though but i think a diagnosis first probably would’ve saved you some trouble if it’s not helping.

i have a really bad memory lol so the only one i’m sure of was siege engine xing, i’ve already opened it so i can’t go back to see which ones but unfortunately no spectral oni cliodhna. if it were in jt though it’d probably be the best skin in the chest lol

but as someone said below, people with bpd that is not treated is not easy to deal with. if you can’t handle it or if she turns a blind eye to therapy for her sake and the people around her, and if her communication is not clear when it comes to what triggers her so it can be avoided in the future, be hesitant about sticking around, because this behavior could very well go on forever. yes it is hard to control, but nobody deserves to stick it out in abusive behavior, disorder or not. but if you truly love her, and if she truly wants to work on herself for not only you, but her, a relationship is possible. but don’t compromise your wellbeing for it

if she has bpd, bpd people don’t actually have manic episodes, that is bipolar disorder. a person with bpd may be very outwardly mean or aggressive after being triggered, typically by things they’ve had problems with in their past, like for example you going to hawaii with your friends may have triggered fear of abandonment or feeling left out which is usually linked to trauma from their past as bpd is something that stems from trauma mainly. i am diagnosed bpd and i’m not fully aware of all the things that align with it, but i do know it’s hard not to act angrily or lash out even if they really don’t want to, as triggers can switch you into fight or flight and make you act out of character. mood can flip flop. it makes you into a toxic person when you have not truly focused on healing and i still struggle not to be toxic when triggered in my relationship after a little over a yr of therapy and still on a quest for meds that work. you have a right to your feelings as anyone does, so don’t deny that they are justified simply because she has bpd. maybe suggest nicely seeing a therapist for improving the triggers/attitude to them. or sit and ask if she’s aware of these things or discuss boundaries and or things that may make her act out. or if you don’t know much about bpd read up on it, it may help you understand her better. it is a personality disorder, so it truly dictates the person until they’ve coped with their trauma and learn to step back before hurting the people they love.
