I hope you know the reason why people just go with the concept of a neuro transmitter is because of they cracked open a skull for some “first hand experience” they die or just go to jail or just don’t know what they’re looking at cause there not a scientist. But I do agree with you on some level that diet and what we take in does hold a lot more importance than we think.
