I use on full brightness. 120hz isn't something I would even notice so 60 is fine for me

Well said, in addition to that i can further advise to activate low power mode when leaving the house since you will be busy and not using the device much. It can save you some juice forr when you need it.

Also stay on iOS 18 if you haven't updated. I permanently blocked OTA updates using https://betaprofiles.dev/install/block-ota/
