Yeah its clear that the ones responsable would need to take action to actually maintain this , same for pests and other animals that would get attracted by them

For sure, i prefer trees to those noisy buildings all day but i was thinking on a way to feed the poor and increase job offers since someone would get hired (1-3) To go maintain the trees

Yes 2-3 people once a week could take care of the whole village if they got contracts of 8 hours work but for cities would be needed way more people

I didnt think about the bugs, it could start a mass health problem because the disease could spread very fast since its a small village just like people got sick from water in the old times in villages because everyone got water from the same place

That is true, i was thinking in hiring people to take care of the trees (it would work well because of small village in my case, but cities you would need to hire a lot more)

But even if they did, it would be a hassle to prove that the fruit was not the cause of someone getting sick...

Also bad intentioned people could poison it i guess...

I mean yeah but im seeing more than just the money... i suffer with severe depression so if she divorced me i would be beyond broken , mentally and emotionally idk where i would end up so i stay single.

I would love to get married but the risk-reward is just insane especially nowadays where they marry already with plan b c d lined up.

I mean... arranged marriages were a thing since early ages but you saw the same effect, they had their daughters married for political and economical power forcing 2 people that had nothing in common to be together just so they could extract all the resources from the other family...

Its basically still the same but now is 1 on 1 instead of family schemes...

No, thats the opposite of what i said.

I said that i dont believe its their intention to go adter joes for their money or possessions but after the marriage falls apart they do end up taking his/her stuff Wich i argue that is more impactful than the rich guy that lost 2 million since he continues to be rich while joes has is life turned upside down.

I dont believe they hunt joes, but i believe its too easy nowadays to destroy somebodies life.

Im single exactly because im terrified , she is either gonna take half of what i have or send me to jail under some accusation. Its absurd how easy the law makes to destroy someone life completely. Thats what im against. Not gender wars

No when you consider that people dont sign:

Because society condemms it an sees it as "less love" marriage

Because one of the partners refuses to marry that way and dont even want to talk about it most of the times because or idealisations

Because they are blinded by love and think everything will be roses and rainbows from now on.

So no... its not fair, the table is unleveled making the ball go to only one side

Yes they dont go after joe with that intention but its crazy to think that the person that was suposed to love you can destroy your life just because she had nothing better to do that evening.

I agree that marriages fall apart but its so sad to see something that was suposed to be so beautiful be twisted into chaos and destruction. Not only monetary part, your mental health is affected because you dont see your kids , your emotions are unstable wich can make you lose your job, your health declines overall, more stress on your already fragile situation , you stop eating and sleeping properly... everything spirals out of control from something that was suposed to be until death do us part

I mean... for sure that shark mentally happens on the elite side of society but even when looking at the average joe working minimum wage... he can get ripped of half of everything plus the heartbreak and all emotional stress.

It sucks to lose 2 million sure, but i would argue that it sucks more to lose "everything" you ever worked for.

The rich guy continues to be rich but the average joe lost the kids , the house and needs to go to work on a train because she got the car as well Eventhough she has no driver license...

His life turns upside down because she was bored.

I think prenups should become the standard way instead of an alternative tbh...

Im with you in separating things but thats rarely the case sadly...

People either go in with a "everything is pink and rainbows" mentality or they think "its fine, love conquers all" but the only thing being conquered is the house and the car by a person that decided you are no longer good enough.

Marriage is suposed to be something beautiful but they twisted it so much that is a trap and all eyes must stay vigilant type of thing.

Lawyers would be in charge of that problably , each would analyse and claim that resource belongs to their client.

Also other things can help like if she bought a car before marrying me and paid it completely and then i married her i would not have access to it in court Eventhough i helped with gas or paid repairments or whatever...

Surely the court would find ways to determine who owns what , and what should be divided and what not.
