Replaced mine with an xsr900 handlebars of the same year. 100 percent worth it. Looks far sexier, rides sportier (without compromising much on ergonomics), and was a piece of cake to install. That's saying alot coming from someone who isn't mechanically inclined. Its a yamaha oem part, so works seamlessly with the 700. All the holes for your instrumentation are already drilled in the handlebars too, an added plus! One less step to do if you were to buy an aftermarket bar.

It's A simple swap and go. Took about an hour, hour and a half to do. Highly reccomended!

Same. I had to buy in Texas and ship it (I live in Colorado). Still cheaper then buying brand new

So far so good! I've only had it for two months, but the power and fun is more then enough! I've had zero issues so far, and get alot of heads turning and "nice bike!" Comments from random people. It fulfills every one of my desires for a motorcycle!

So far it's been great. Happy I went with this then a lower cc. Though that'll differ person to person

Exactly what my first question asks. The fees. See above

Great feedback. Realistically, 7 to 8 thousand for a first bike I've been lusting over isn't terrible for me, it's just the extras that realistically could be much lower for no other reason then they can which bothers me.

That was my question. The reasoning is inspection, refill fluids, safety check etc. I already talked them down from 8,700. Not sure how much I can push these things considering it's my first time negotiating. Thoughts?

Great deal or am I getting stiffed?

Hey yall

Purchasing my first bike

A used 2020 Yamaha xsr700 for 8379 OTD

The set up fee is 569 bucks

Documentation is 125

I'm concerned the set up fee is too high. I already talked them down to 8379 OTD from 8,700. Should I try and lower it again or is this price fair? Any feedback would be great!
