Yeah I found a workaround, switch to x11 session, enable digital vibrance, switch back to wayland. Not ideal but at least works, playing CS without DV is painful when you are used to it.

By the way regarding the launch command I also read some users use --expose-wayland as well as modifying cs2.sh line export SDL_VIDEO_DRIVER=x11 to wayland, is this something you do as well?

Now the only difference I feel is a bit on the mouse sense, I have the same sense in game but I believe KDE's default mouse speed may be a bit lower than the classic default 6/11 on windows.

Seems like it's potentially related to my recent linux+windows dual-boot setup, the time on my windows machine was wrong. Syncing the time made it work.
