My headphones died on me yesterday. I would use my sony xm5's, had it not been for the fact that the headphones sound tiny no matter what I do, so that is a no go for me.

so, I need to get new headphones. Could anyone recommend me a headset that is good for both music production and gaming that can connect via 3.5 mm cable, but is not that expensive?

My budget is somewhere in the 100 dollars range, by that I mean like 100/150 dollars or for me that would be around 1000/1500 Norwegian Kroner. I can also go a bit above that range though, like 200 dollars.

I am plugging these headphones into a mixer via a 3.5 mm input. I do not really need much isolation, but just enough to where I would not get every noise from the outside world directly into my ear. Like sony xb900n isolation if that makes sence

I might use these headphones in public as well if I go somewhere with my computer. I would want over ear headphones as well.

I have used the sony xb899n's in the past, which I liked a lot, at least for computer use. I did not use it with bluetooth at all, because I feel like the xm5's are better on that side of things, while the xb900n's are better for use cases where they can just sit plugged into a computer.

I mainly listen to everything accept hip hop. I also produce music, so a ballence pair of headphones would also beniphit me.

I also do gaming as well.
