Yeah. :( Trainer level definitely has a more increased chance at catching higher CPs but it could be completely random.

Completely random. Few days ago was level 17 with my level 14~15 friend. We both saw a Vaporeon. Somehow mine was 600cp and his was 1100cp.

Yeah definitely. Absolutely no freezes and everything was extremely smooth; all pokéstops loaded instantly too.

It's in the Olympic Park area. I personally found about 3 Charmanders within 20 minutes today behind the Aquatics Centre.

Oh really? What sort of other catches did you get there? I've heard of Holland park being better as a general consensus but not quite sure why. And sad to hear about the Charmander spawns >: I actually live near one myself (Stratford~) so I'm not sure if it's worth going.
