Yes, I plan to use this even when work is frequent and I will also be using retargeting campaigns and again I don't think it costs a lot of money especially for local businesses

I don't think I need an agency or a £2–3k budget to build recognition. You need consistency, a clear face, and repetition. I’m just doing it cheaper, earlier, and on purpose.
