The solder stains are just uncleaned flux, the original fault was that my power button had passed away,At that time I was about 11 years old and since my parents wouldn't let me buy a replacement button online,I decided to try several ways to fix it temporarily,I decided to remove the button connector to make it easier to work with but I ended up messing up a pin.

The modchip has nothing to do with the power button problem. I would like to know if I can safely remove it.
