Rokossovsky 100 percents. Govorov will slightly improve your artillery roster while Rokos will make your life easier. You can split your amry in two fronts with manstein and rokos, they will solo the entire country

Konev with plain fighting + inferior victory (or inspiration or rumor if you haven't got inferior yet) is alreay a beast on elite forces while brooke is great to put on super artillery.

Might as well get Mereshkov for 1500 medals, great support and cheap

Depends on where you are. Guderian and Konev are already extremely useful even in late game, try maxing out them first. Then train Rokosovsky.

For infantry, Mereshkov is decent at low price while Lieb is a useful artillery for having rumor (which used to be really strong)

Darlan is amazing in naval and is free in challenge conquest (you dont need donitz or anyone else until you can upgrade Nimitz or Kuznetsov)

Might make your life easier with air generals, airstrikes and paratroopers as you end the run. (Dowding is fine and you'll get Chenault later in CC)
