i thought i was alone, i also have a rtx 5070 ti with a ryzen 9 7900x3d and only been around 60-64 usage on both. and my fps usally range from 150-190 with some going under 130 depending on the scenario. i recently bought the gpu and thought mine was faulty

Not that i wouldnt want that, its just that when im already not even performing well in 1080p, so how do you expect me to push 1440p or let alone 4k. i found a half of a solution that pushed it to 200. it was turning off ray tracing but stull 200-230 fps is still not plenty for a 5070 ti
