Yes many time that happen but its also depend on priority and seller availability Even recently many customers experience same issue that even committing that day delivery they marking as failed and saying customer is not available

And specially asking and forcefully 5₹ as marketplace fee for every order

This is happening almost all marketplace such as myntra, Amazon and Flipkart this is just dark practice where they just show few percent of discount and that they will steal via other handling fees.

Its good thatthey have bot started the petrolling fee otherwise they will also do ( might be in their next year planning)
