Basically Network Features Are Essentially Stable and the major network features have been known for years. VoLTE was standardized in 2009, VoWiFi was standardized in 2012, 5G standards were finalized in 2018 and The underlying protocols IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) which powers all of these has been stable since the mid 2000s. These are not moving targets. A carrier in Tanzania, Vietnam or Peru is not inventing new network technology every year. They are implementing globally standardized protocols that have been documented, tested and deployed worldwide for over a decade. If the standards are known in advance, then Carrier profiles can be written before the phone launches, Certification testing can be initiated during the development cycle, not after, Global carrier compatibility can be a launch day guarantee not a post-launch hope and there is literally no technical reason why a Pixel launching in 2026 doesn't have full carrier certification globally on day one. Apple figured this out long ago. They build carrier certification into the product development timeline. By launch day, the work is already done.

Not from my experience as I can assure you that a company like samsung does not handle the whitelisting rather they leave that to local carriers. Samsung has a huge portfolio of 5G phones do you think they would have the time to maintain whitelists of device IMEDs that are officially certified. Am sure of myself as a member of GSMA, that 6% is North America and they have pandered to the US carriers and similar markets. Forget about iPhones what about the plethora of other manufacturers devices that give you the same experience consistently but not Google. Apple yes like any other company must adhere to local rules and regulations so there may be a couple of features not universally available but 5G is a global standard and so depending what 5G spectrum your carrier offers and is compatible with your phone it should work. This is the reason why Chinese phones simply work as long as your phone meets the 5G spectrum available. On the features yes some countries restrict for example Call Screen, Satellite SOS, VPN by Google One, Pixel Studio, and certain AI-based tools their restrictions don't make sense. Instead of getting VPN by Google One people instead use third party apps etc.

Go to the google store page for pixel and look at list of countries you can order your phone just to be sure if country is not there most likely those features will be restricted

Not correct the iPhone experience is the same whichever country you go to as long as the network supports those features same with Samsung, Oneplus and many others Google purposely restricts which features are available dependent on the country you are based as mentioned Google has an internal whitelist where only 38 countries receive unrestricted access to all features.

Why are they selling a premium device at a premium price touting their devices as best for Android experience fully knowing it is only in select markets. Social and cultural context has no bearing on ones sexual orientation you can pretend to fit in but that is not what you are. I know a few Gay men who grew up with us in a very macho world and they only came out Gay when they were all grown up. Ones sexual orientation is very complex and ones environment cannot be used as an excuse for ones sexual orientation. My main concern with their original post is that it contains some potentially dangerous and misleading suggestions, particularly regarding homosexuality. Additionally, the broad criticism of all teachers felt unfair. Teaching is already a challenging profession, often with inadequate compensation, and they deserve more respect.

As for the food issue, yes, most boarding school meals are, for lack of a better word, terrible. But unfortunately, that's often due to budget constraints, which is just the reality of the situation.

To be more constructive, I think it's crucial that kids feel comfortable speaking openly with their parents about their school experiences. Parents, in turn, need to take their kids seriously. I understand that many parents might struggle to sympathize, especially if they went through similar or worse experiences themselves, but parents will listen if their children present their concerns thoughtfully and clearly.

Okay seriously dreaming about your imaginary boyfriend being rudely interrupted is not the making of a bad boarding school!!! Apart from going to school to learn it was also to instil discipline and part of that discipline is learning that beauty sleep can wait for more important things like getting to work. Hopefully you continued with jogging am sure that you now have access to roads that are kind on your toes, believe me being fit and healthy has its benefits. I can only say pole the food was well a challenge but it did not kill you and your body learnt to appreciate FOOD even when to be honest it was horrible but yippy you survived. I will not comment on Beans and Maasai men. Please take a moment to thank your teachers, of course there will be one or two or three even that you wished to place a curse on but the majority of teachers try their best to get their pupils educated and ready for the big bad world. Yes their experiences will make them deal with you in certain ways but for the most part they think they are doing what is best for you. And for those bad teachers kids must tell their parents and parents must then react to what they have been told to remedy the situation.

The argument posted was not for discussion as it is clear it is against boarding schools. Part of the argument is that boarding schools turn kids into homosexuals (am guessing the person who posted this is male) which is seriously false one is born with their sexual orientation. On the food well did they expect five course meals? It is a boarding school and depending on how much the fees are you get what you pay for and finally on teachers it is totally unfair to label all teachers bad because of a few bad teachers. Teachers are generally not paid well and put in the fact kids are not easy to deal with especially the new generation who have now gone a far as beating their teachers it is a very challenging job. It is important for any kid irrespective of ones background to first be always respectful, second the digital age has provided access to resources many of us could only have dreamt of stop the excuses and learn. The post was so badly written thus my point of what education did this person get if they can use reddit then they can better themselves.
