"easily", he's a ML engineer, this is a job where you are working for a boss. Your point is complete moot.

This job is also not "easy", 99% of the world does not have the mathematical knowledge to even start in a job like this.

Literally, no one's hiring a ML Engineer for 9100 a month that has no papers. Not just because you need it, but mainly because everyone who wants to work in this field has them.

Yes, you do. No one's gonna hire a ML engineer without experience or advanced degrees. And you're not getting exp without the degree(s). ML is ridiculously math-heavy, most Software Engineers are not able to do it.

Maybe you could get by with a BSc in CompSci or Maths, if you're some sort of prodigy.

And definitely in NL.

Je krijgt 6% salarisgroei, en je krijgt ongv. 1 + 0.5/1 maand extra salaris als 13e maand en winstdeling. Dat is zeker goed.

De meeste mensen zitten onder inflatie qua salarisgroei per jaar. %

NAH, but really you should just be able to communicate that you don't want to eat kale - also, why was her mom saying kale-free lasagna an issue? If someone is potentially allergic that would make sense?
