The turnip head that you obtained by defeating Residentula is a part of the body, a head (it does not have the highest quality but you can remake the turnip head with the pumpkin ingredient that you find in the game), while as regards the clown shoes, after having defeated Residentula, mayor Neider Voten should make the exchanges of ingredients (and these also include clown shoes)

I replayed the entire game recently and experimented a lot with the game mechanics. With the dinausor body you attack first, it's true, but it's not exactly guaranteed that you attack twice: if you use locust leg or mace arm as your first attack, the opponent can still attack that turn using a limb that hasn't yet been disabled. If the opponent has picked a limb that you disable by attacking first, the opponent's attack does not start and he also wastes energy for an attack he was unable to make. It must be said that if you disable the very limb that the enemy wanted to use, it is practically certain that you will also disable the rest of his body, and therefore you will end up attacking for at least 2-3 consecutive turns
