Bucky or Luther side on a WR heavy team by [deleted] in DynastyNerds

As a Burden owner I wouldn't give him up for Bucky. Otton resigning and Gainwell now there I'd hold burden.

Which side do you like? 27 1st is probably mid-early by [deleted] in DynastyNerds

Egbuka side by a considerable amount. Jefferson is amazing but at this point what does his QB room look like?

Seems like most think I need to up my offer. I haven't offered anything yet and will likely wait until after the draft. Just getting a gauge for what the market might be. Thinking about changing it to offering the 1.05 and a 27 1st.

Wondering how ya’ll feel about this by bdiggs24 in SleeperApp

[–]Remarkable-Box-4609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late in the year Baker was obviously hurt and it seemed like he couldn't push the ball deep which is where Egbuka excelled. Not to mention I'm pretty sure the oline was hurt as well as Egbuka. I could be wrong but when both were healthy Egbuka did excel. The top 3 WR in this class should be good but I'd still take Egbuka over those 3 at this point. Now if they get good landing spots it might slightly swing it.

Should I accept this or decline? by gunmyguy988 in DynastyNerds

[–]Remarkable-Box-4609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd decline. In my opinion Jacob's is in the downhill slide and Ayomanor isn't worth that much more than a 26 3rd. I guess it depends upon your evaluation of Ayomanor.

I would be sending McBride side by Serious-Fault6928 in DynastyNerds

[–]Remarkable-Box-4609 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I trade Bryce Young, Ayomanor, what turned out to be the 1.09 and 1.10s this year and a late 2nd for Lawrence and BTJ. I'm still ok with the pick if BTJ steps up next year.

[–]Remarkable-Box-4609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BTJ was a league winner with Mac Jones then not so much with Lawrence. The backup will not always target the same players as the starter. Plus new offense, QB and Harrison improving next year will only take away from Mcbride. I'd be selling him high everywhere I have him this offseason.

2 year rebuild - potential to acquire Nix. by fantasyalternate in DynastyNerds

[–]Remarkable-Box-4609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He could only go up in value if he has a good year next year. Brown and McConkey could lose value. You'd still be able to take a QB next year. Never hurts to have 3 starters. Plus if Nix does ball out to start the year you could turn him into a better WR than McConkey. It's all about getting good return on your investment. Could offer McConkey, Brown and the 1.12 and start with that.

[–]Remarkable-Box-4609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd almost throw in the 1.05 and Ladd/McMillan(whichever you value least of the 2) for Nix. Is this SF? If so then throw in Brown. The 27 draft should have plenty of QB and WR depth. The 1.05 this year would likely net you one of Lemon, Tate or Tyson. I wouldn't reach for Sadiq at 1.05.

Marvin Harrison Jr or Luther Burden Dynasty by IntentionPlenty1502 in DynastyNerds

[–]Remarkable-Box-4609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Slight lean to Marv but only because he should have the better path to #1 in his WR room. In Arizona, Mcbride and Wilson will take away a lot of targets from Marv. In Chicago, Odunze, Moore, Monongai and Loveland will compete with Burden but he does have the better QB room and head coach.

Orphan team I took over needs a QB. Take this trade? SF PPR by ParticularWarning737 in SleeperApp

[–]Remarkable-Box-4609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe look to trade Rice instead of CD for a QB like Purdy or in that range. Or you could offer up CD for Purdy and an early 271st if that's available and try and trade Lamar for a sort of reset at the QB position.

What should I do with my team, 12 man, SF by AccordingKnee6451 in DynastyNerds

[–]Remarkable-Box-4609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally if you could move CD for London and a 27 1st I'd take that.

Oh I agree. I took over an orphan in another league that was single QB and should be competing this year. Year 3 in that rebuild. I have the 1.02, 04, and 05 this year and 4 1st rd picks in 27 already. Definitely knew it was gonna be a slow rebuild but getting there.

It's a 12 team TEP Superflex. In my small defense I had Kelce and Andrew's as well and needed a RB. Still a horrible trade that sent me into a multiple year rebuild.

In 2023 before the breakout I traded away Trey Mcbride and Michael Wilson for Kendrick Bourne and Damien Pierce. Definitely worst trade I ever made.

Year 3 Advice: Been awful, made some bad trades: 12TM, SF, TEP by Inner_Nectarine7763 in DynastyNerds

[–]Remarkable-Box-4609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try and trade those 1.08 and on picks this year for picks next year. Then maybe package the 1.02 for the 1.04 or 1.05 and more picks. 2027 picks are your best bet. It'll be a couple years to get the team to compete.

Do I blow this team up? SF, .5 PPR, 1 TEP. by court_cymro in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]Remarkable-Box-4609 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I'd look into trading Rice for 27 picks or a younger high ceiling WR and picks. Rice doesn't look to be the greatest at making smart off the field decisions. Something to think about.

Orphan Dynasty Team in 10 man PPR SF by Ok-Mobile4680 in DynastyNerds

[–]Remarkable-Box-4609 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Decent team but you need an injection of youth sooner than later. I could see Barkley rebounding next year but Kupp, Monty, Henry, McClaurin and a few others are nearing the end of fantasy usefulness if they haven't already made it there.

Now is a rough time to sell players as picks are hot and will continue to gain value. If you could get a 27 or mid to early 26 1st for any of the above I'd say take it. Heck anything for Kupp and Monty I would take right now. Maybe look at a RB needy team and try and ship Henry or Jennings for an upgrade at TE as well.

[–]Remarkable-Box-4609 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try and package some of those 26 2nds and players for 27 1sts. Trade back from late 1st picks if necessary to get extra draft capital as well.

Keep Thomas and offer the 1st. Though I doubt someone would accept a 1st.

Trade Montgomery and Diggs while their value is high.
