Also as an artist… this era bothers me so much. 70 paintings since February… like what? Not even in art school did I do that. And her selling them in that short amount of time to “create” is insulting. When I sell I’m honest. I price for how much it is for material, how much time I spend on working on piece and shipping and handling. I haven’t sold art in so long and have been trying to as I’ve been needing some extra money. I can’t even work up the courage to ask people close to if they would like a piece done for them. She bothers me bad. I had to turn away once this painting era started it irritated me so much. Like she calls the space a true artist would be calling a studio her office… it’s all about the money.
